The following Code of Conduct applies to all members, attendees, volunteers, and leadership at NEB-PAH events, both online and in person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udc3e Respect and Consent<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>All participation must be informed and consensual.<\/strong> Consent may be withdrawn at any time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Do not touch anyone or their gear<\/strong> (including pets in headspace) without permission.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Respect personal, emotional, and physical boundaries<\/strong> at all times.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use <strong>negotiated safewords or signals<\/strong>, and honor them immediately.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udc3e Inclusivity and Conduct<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Treat all individuals with <strong>dignity, kindness, and respect<\/strong> regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, kink identity, race, age (18+ only), body type, ability, or experience level.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Discriminatory or harassing behavior<\/strong> (including racism, sexism, ableism, homophobia, transphobia, etc.) will not be tolerated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bullying, gossiping, and divisive behavior<\/strong> in or outside of NEB-PAH spaces may result in disciplinary action.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udc3e Behavior at Events<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Follow venue rules and staff instructions.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Clean up after yourself and your pets.<\/strong> Leave spaces better than you found them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No <strong>alcohol or substance use<\/strong> at dry events. At bar-hosted events, drink responsibly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any <strong>aggressive, dangerous, or non-consensual behavior<\/strong> may result in immediate removal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udc3e Digital and Community Conduct<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Treat online spaces (Discord, Telegram, social media) with the same respect as in-person events.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Do not share screenshots, conversations, or identities<\/strong> from chats without express permission.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow <strong>server or group-specific rules<\/strong> set by moderators and admins.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udc3e Reporting and Accountability<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Concerns or violations should be reported to the Board or designated Safety Officers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reports will be handled <strong>confidentially and with care.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Violations of this code<\/strong> may result in warnings, suspensions, or permanent removal from NEB-PAH and all affiliated events\/chats.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udc3e Final Notes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This Code of Conduct exists to protect our space and ensure it remains vibrant, respectful, and safe.
